All customised and bespoke garments are made specifically according to the customer's selected design, measurements, fabric, colour, embroidery and styling requirements. Once the design and specifications are approved, production will proceed accordingly.
Before production, the customer may be required to approve the final design, fabric, colour, embroidery, buttons, trims and other details. Once approved, any subsequent changes may result in additional charges and/or an extension of the delivery timeline.
Due to the nature of handcrafted fabrics, embroidery and screen/digital representations, slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery placement or finish may occur. Such variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects where they are within reasonable production tolerance.
Customised or bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once fabric procurement, cutting, embroidery or production has commenced. Cancellation requests before production may be considered at the sole discretion of Battle Harbour, subject to applicable deductions for costs already incurred.
Battle Harbour aims to provide the best possible fit based on the approved measurements and design. Reasonable alterations, where required, may be undertaken. However, alterations resulting from incorrect customer-provided measurements or subsequent changes in body measurements may be chargeable.
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customisation requirements, embroidery/work complexity, fabric availability, approval delays, alterations or fitting requirements, and unforeseen production or logistics delays. The communicated delivery date is therefore an estimated timeline and not an absolute guarantee.
Customers are requested to inspect the garment immediately upon receipt. Any manufacturing or workmanship concern should be communicated to Battle Harbour within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs/videos where applicable.
As customised garments are made specifically according to individual customer requirements, customised/bespoke products are generally not eligible for return or exchange. Ready-to-wear products may be subject to separate return/exchange conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
All original designs, sketches, embroidery concepts, motifs, patterns, photographs, artwork and creative concepts developed by Battle Harbour remain the intellectual property of Battle Harbour Design Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers may not reproduce, commercially use, copy or distribute Battle Harbour's original designs or creative concepts without prior written permission.
Battle Harbour may photograph completed garments and use photographs/videos for its portfolio, website, social media and marketing purposes, unless the customer has specifically requested confidentiality in writing before production or delivery.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate personal details, measurements, design requirements, delivery information and contact information. Any delay or issue arising from incorrect information provided by the customer shall be the customer's responsibility.
Battle Harbour shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, supplier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
